I know, it's a hard question. Morbid, Macabre, strange. But it's something very important I think. Because your last outfit will be the one that you will dress forever (except if you choose to be incinerate, but in that case it will be your last outfit too !). Yesterday, I had a party with some friends : A nurse (who go on a humanitary mission in Togo in 2 weeks), a future Neuropsychologist and a pharmacologist. They sometimes see dead people at work. It's a so hard experience to live, so hard, that dignity will be the leading word. And one of the way of dealing with dead people's diginity is to burry them"pretty". With pretty clothes, pretty face (make up or cirus), flowers... It's also important for the family, to see the beloved one like this, as if he was alive, with dignity in death. (to my opinion and those of my friends).
So, if you have to choose today, the outfit you'll be burried in, what will that be ?Something you really like ?
Something smart (tuxedo, formal dress...) ? Something white ?Something excentric ?

@Manstration@xanga - Not a bad idea, but on a sheet or... :p
If I'll get married sometime, I would like to be buried in my wedding dress.
Which is a good motivation to stay slim until you die xD
I think I would ask people to make me one of my corset (or bustier if I'm too old or fat), and my very very long black train skirt, with flowers on my hair. It's an outfit wich is pretty, that I wear on special occasion, and not too formal.
Nothing formal. Absolutely not. I haven't really given a lot of thought to it but it would probably be something I would want to feel comfortable in. There is this John Galliano dress that I absolutely love. If I could ever afford it I would probably wish to be buried in that would be it...however I think I'm going to get cremated so...
I always thought I would die in a jungle or wilderness somewhere and the wild animals would eat me. But in the case that I die of old age at home, definitely something punk. I would be very pissed if they took out my piercings, supposing I still have them at that age.
